Bunny Oviraptors act exactly like normal Oviraptors. The only difference is that Bunny Oviraptors have cute bunny ears on their heads.
Appearance
The Bunny Oviraptor usually has a greenish-brown color. It is slightly bigger than a Dilo and has a distinct crest on its head with a beak perfect for cracking eggshells. A few feathers line its neck. A pair of bunny ears distinguishes it from a normal Oviraptor.
Color Scheme and Regions
This section displays the Bunny Oviraptor's natural colors and regions. For demonstration, the regions below are colored red over an albino Bunny Oviraptor. The colored squares shown underneath each region's description are the colors that the Bunny Oviraptor will randomly spawn with to provide an overall range of its natural color scheme. Hover your cursor over a color to display its name and ID.
This information can be used to alter the Bunny Oviraptor's regions by entering cheat SetTargetDinoColor <ColorRegion> <ColorID> in the cheat console. For instance, cheat SetTargetDinoColor 0 6 would color the Bunny Oviraptor's "body" magenta.
During the 2018 Event, all new spawned wild Oviraptors are replaced by untameable Bunny Oviraptors. They have a chance of 50% to lay Bunny Eggs. After deactivating the event the are reverted to normal Oviraptors.
At the same time, all tamed Oviraptors prior to the event were transformed into Bunny Oviraptors. Few days before the event ended, this was fixed. These do not lay Bunny Eggs.
