Combat
This section describes how to fight against both Hati and Sköll.
General
Hati and Sköll are powerful Fenrir Bosses that reside in the realm of Asgard, they are summoned from the World Boss Terminal.
Strategy
It is a great strategy to try focusing on
one of the Bosses as opposed to both, Hati has more health than Sköll and can summon Fenrir Minions but isn't as hard hitting in comparison
Sköll utilizes hard hitting attacks but in trade less health making it easier to take down
Recommended Tames
- Shadowmanes can be effective against the boss due to their strong stats, natural armor and various mate dependent abilities.
- Having a Yutyrannus as always is useful in any Boss Fight as it can boost your other tames to increase their damage and scare away interlopers.
- Alternatively due to being a World Boss the Carcharodontosaurus can be a powerful alternative to the Yutyrannus for its stronger stats, frenzy buff from killing minions and knockback tail attack.
- If players are willing to micromanage their food some Daeodon can be useful to heal your tames.
- Rex Rushing is always a effective boss running method.
- Giganotosaurus can be very useful in this fight due to the fight being out in the open fields of Asgard.
Dangers
Due to being out in the open there is a high likelihood of Creatures interfering with the fight.
Both Bosses also have their own set of abilities to complicate the fight with Hati specifically summoning Fenrir Minions and Sköll utilizing an AoE Fire Howl attack that also summons a Spirit version of itself to charge in a straight line.
Hati can inflict Moonfreeze and Sköll can inflict Sunburn, both of which can severely wound the affected tamed creature's health.
The giant rock pillars surrounding the arena works some kind of barrier, the bosses reset their hp bar if they touch the point.
Finally if the player chooses to target Hati first then be aware of the fact that despite Hati's death the Fenrir Minions it spawned in wont die with it like typical bosses and will only die if killed or when Sköll also dies.
Weakness
They have the largest "arena" with the fight taking place in the open fields of Asgard and as such increases the variety of usable tames without the restriction of arena size.
Also depending on which Boss is taken out first will make the boss fight easier as Hati is the one capable of summoning Fenrir to aid them and Sköll can utilize devastating attacks.

Notes/Trivia
- Both Hati and Sköll were on the original Mod Map however with their transition from Mod to Official gained a "TLC" with new redesigns and abilities
- The New Hati and Sköll trade their Direwolf appearance for a Fenrir like appearance, increase in size and gain new abilities
- Hati specifically gaining the Fenrir Shard Armor, It's MoonFreeze Howl that will summon Fenrir minions and inflict Freeze damage and a Ice Bite attack.
- Meanwhile Sköll gains the Fenrir Shard Armor, It's Sunburn Howl that does AoE fire damage sending fireballs scattering around itself and sends a Spirit version of itself charging in a straight line
- The Mod Versions were essentially powerful Direwolves with auras around them and came with the standard abilities of a Direwolf
