Sulfur is a resource introduced in Scorched Earth and also available on Ragnarok, Extinction, Valguero, Genesis: Part 1, Crystal Isles, Genesis: Part 2, Lost Island and Fjordur.

Usage

Used to craft:

•  Flamethrower
•  Preserving Salt
•  Propellant

Sulfur can also be used to tame a  Rock Elemental, is eaten by the  Phoenix once it is tamed. It is also used as a baby food substitute to baby  Magmasaur in place of  Ambergris instead.

Gathering

Sulfur can be found by mining small yellow-streaked rocks, typically found high in the mountains. See the interactive Resource Maps for node coordinates on available maps.

Sulfur can also be obtained by killing  Rock Elemental,  Wyvern or  Magmasaur.
