Gigantoraptor.
Gathering
The Gigantoraptor Feather can be obtained using the radial wheel on a tamed Gigantoraptor and selecting the "plucking" option. Every Gigantoraptor gives a feather every 24 hours (Or 4 hours on Host-Local/Singleplayer).
Usage
The Gigantoraptor Feather can be used for breeding purposes. Every feather has a percentage based off the gigantoraptors level capping at 75% with 59 base points and a selected stat that it affects during the breeding process. Those can be 
Health, 
Stamina, 
Oxygen, 
Food, 
Weight or 
Melee Damage. The stat of the feather determines which stat has a higher chance of be inherited with the best statistic from both parents, and the percentage determines how likely is it that the baby will inherit the best statistic.
The stat that the feather impacts is determined by the plucked Gigantoraptor's highest point base stat. This does not include points that have been added by the player or mutations.
To use it, put the feather inside a parent's inventory and breed them. The feather will disappear, but the baby will be affected by the feather once born. The feather can be given to either the Male or Female parent that is being bred.
