Gigantoraptor.
Gathering
The Gigantoraptor Feather can be obtained using the radial wheel on a tamed Gigantoraptor and selecting the "plucking" option. Every Gigantoraptor gives a feather every 24 hours (Or 4 hours on Host-Local/Singleplayer).
Usage
The Gigantoraptor Feather can be used for breeding purposes. Every feather has a random percentage and a selected stat that it affects during the breeding process, those can be 
Health, 
Stamina, 
Oxygen, 
Food, 
Weight or 
Melee Damage. The stat of the feather determines which stat has a higher chance of be inherited with the best statistic from both parents, and the percentage determines how likely is it that the baby will inherit the best statistic.
To use it put the feather inside a parent inventory and breed them, after that the feather will disapear, but the baby will be affected by the feather once born.
