Pteranodon Eggs are randomly dropped by 
Pteranodons. They can be eaten or used to make 
Simple Kibble for taming 
Archaeopteryx, 
Diplocaulus, 
Gallimimus, 
Giant Bee, 
Ichthyosaurus, 
Iguanodon, 
Megaloceros, 
Morellatops, 
Pachy, 
Raptor and 
Triceratops specifically, or anything that eats 
Basic Kibble.
After two Pteranodons mate, the resulting egg can be hatched into a baby Pteranodon.
Grabbing an egg in the presence of wild Pteranodons will cause them to become hostile and attack the survivor.
