The Megachelon Egg is one of the Eggs introduced in Genesis: Part 1 and also available on Lost Island.

Overview

Megachelon Eggs are randomly dropped by  Megachelons. They can be eaten or used to make  Exceptional Kibble for taming  Basilosaurus,  Brontosaurus,  Giganotosaurus,  Karkinos,  Managarmr,  Mosasaurus,  Quetzal,  Rex,  Spino,  Therizinosaur, and  Tropeognathus.

After two  Megachelons mate, the resulting egg can be hatched into a baby  Megachelon.

Grabbing an egg in the presence of wild  Megachelons will cause them to become hostile and attack the survivor.

Incubation

The Megachelon Egg takes 4h 59m 58.56s to hatch. It must be in the temperature range of -75 to 75 °C / -103 to 167 °F to successfully hatch, otherwise it will start to lose  Health. The female  Megachelon needs between 18h and 2d before having the capacity to lay eggs again. The incubation time can be reduced by up to 20% if the egg is placed in an  Egg Incubator at the ideal temperature.
