Ceratosaurus Eggs are randomly dropped by 
Ceratosaurus. They can be eaten or used to make 
Extraordinary Kibble for taming

Rock Elemental, 
Shastasaurus, 
Thylacoleo and 
Yutyrannus specifically, or anything that eats 
Basic Kibble, 
Simple Kibble, 
Regular Kibble, 
Superior Kibble or 
Exceptional Kibble.
After two Ceratosaurus mate, the resulting egg can be hatched into a baby Ceratosaurus.
Grabbing an egg in the presence of wild Ceratosaurus will cause them to become hostile and attack the survivor.

By taming a female, you can collect her eggs without her becoming aggressive. She will lay them more often if you have a male Ceratosaurus for the Mate Boost and an Oviraptor near by.
