Kairuku Eggs are randomly dropped by 
Kairukus. They can be eaten or used to make 
Basic Kibble for taming 
Dilophosaur, 
Dodo, Kairuku, 
Maeguana, 
Maewing, 
Mesopithecus, 
Parasaur, and 
Phiomia specifically.
After two Kairukus mate, the resulting egg can be hatched into a baby Kairuku.
Grabbing an egg in the presence of wild Kairukus will cause them to become hostile and attack the survivor.
