Deinosuchus Eggs are randomly dropped by Deinosuchus. They can be eaten or used to make Regular Kibble for taming Anglerfish, Ankylosaurus, Baryonyx, Beelzebufo, Carbonemys, Carnotaurus, Dimetrodon, Diplodocus, Doedicurus, Gigantopithecus, Ichthyornis, Kaprosuchus, Kentrosaurus, Lymantria, Pelagornis, Pteranodon, Pulmonoscorpius, Purlovia, Sabertooth, Sarco, Stegosaurus, Terror Bird, Thorny Dragon, and Velonasaur.
After two Deinosuchus mate, the resulting egg can be hatched into a baby Deinosuchus.
Grabbing an egg in the presence of wild Deinosuchus will cause them to become hostile and attack the survivor.
