Lazarus Chowder is a dish in ARK: Survival Evolved. It can be created at a  Cooking Pot or the  Industrial Cooker.

Overview

Consume it to slow your rate of oxygen consumption to 15% slower than normal and gain a small amount of stamina regeneration (even though the in-game description points toward health regeneration). This effectively allows the player to stay underwater 6.66 times longer than normal, and allows stamina to regenerate without having to leave the water, which is particularly useful to reach underwater caves, especially if you have no points in  Oxygen and no aquatic mount.

Be sure to include a  Waterskin,  Water Jar or  Canteen with at least 25% water in the  Cooking Pot. Lazarus Chowder takes one minute to cook in an ignited Cooking Pot.

Lazarus Chowder is used to craft  Extraordinary Kibble.

*Keep in mind that a full stack of preserving salts will spoil in 2 hours for all of these containers and must be restocked periodically in order to maximize the spoil time.

• Instead of  Cooked Meat you can also use the same amount of  Cooked Fish Meat.
• As of 254.0, creatures can't consume Lazarus Chowder. Prior to this patch, Lazarus Chowder could also be fed to non-aquatic mounts to take them to the bottom of the ocean safely.
