The Titanboa Egg is one of the Eggs in ARK: Survival Evolved.

Overview

Titanboa Eggs are randomly dropped by  Titanoboas. They can be eaten or used to make  Superior Kibble for taming  Allosaurus,  Argentavis,  Castoroides, ,  Daeodon,  Dire Bear,  Direwolf,  Dunkleosteus,  Gasbags,  Mammoth,  Megalodon,  Megalosaurus,  Megatherium,  Paraceratherium,  Plesiosaur,  Snow Owl,  Tapejara, and  Woolly Rhino.

The  Titanoboa can't be bred.

Grabbing an egg in the presence of wild  Titanoboas will cause them to become hostile and attack the survivor.

Since Titanoboas can now be tamed, you can now find one in the wild and tame it. They are commonly found in their native habitat, the swamp. The eggs are bright white, so they contrast well with the swamp, making them easy to spot. This can be a challenge if they are submerged in the mangrove sections.

Strategies for collecting

• One strategy for finding them is to use a Beelzebufo and try to aggro as many Titanoboas as possible into the same place, as that will give you a rough estimate as to where the egg will be when you come back to collect. Just make sure not to get hit enough to knock out your frog!
• Another strategy is to make a large wood or stone enclosure with a dino gate in the center, then use an Argentavis to pick up and drop multiple Titanoboas off on one side of the enclosure. Then wait till you see a few eggs and open the door in the center and have someone on a flying mount lure the snakes through the gate then close the gate and rinse and repeat. Titanboas only lay eggs in the swamp, so make sure you build your enclosure completely inside the swamp. It doesn’t matter if it is built on land or in the water.
• When found, it is recommended to use a fast of flying mount to launch a "sting operation" that can extract the egg as quick as possible. Titanoboas will swarm thieves of their eggs, if they aren't already swarming the player. Be sure to exercise caution against other swamp-dwelling denizens, and make sure you don't let the precious egg decompose or spoil.
