Tapejara, 
Woolly Rhino and 
Xiphactinus specifically, or anything that eats 
Basic Kibble,

After two Moschops mate, the resulting egg can be hatched into a baby Moschops.
Grabbing an egg in the presence of wild Moschops will cause them to run away instead of attacking, making collecting their eggs relatively safe.
Incubation

It must be in the temperature range of

The female Moschops needs between

The incubation time can be reduced by up to 20% if the egg is placed in an

Collecting
Walk (or run) to an egg, and take it. They will never attack back. Or for easier methods, tame an pair (Male and Female) to get their eggs instead of walking around, hopelessly trying to find an egg.
