E-Dragon is a new variant, as well as miniboss added in Fixed Extinction.
Basic info
Behavior
E-Dragon can spawn Anywhere in the Wasteland and Forbidden Zone, it will attack the player from much farther than other creatures and use its every attack to bring them down.
Appearance
E-Dragon appears as a 
Rex-sized version of the vanilla 
Dragon, using silver color instead of purple and red and green for orange elements.
Color Scheme and Regions
The E-Dragon always spawns with the same color scheme and has no color regions.
This means it is currently impossible to make alterations to the E-Dragon's colors.

Abilities

Combat
General
E-dragon isn't that much of a threat, taking other mod's creatures into consideration, nevertheless, caution is advised, as in terms of raw damage, it can pack a punch even on level 1. Inconvenient surroundings it can appear in, however, can change fight's course in its favor. Whatever you want to try, its best to use Dragon's big aggro range and kite it somewhere relatively safe, preferably using a flyer.
Strategy
There are many possible ways to defeat E-Dragon, the highest level can be killed with a group of decent level Rexes, 
Therizinos or other tames with similar stats, a 
Giganotosaurus, 
Carcharodontosaurus, 
Mek, a 
Titan of choice, or other mod's creatures, likes of File:Mod Fixed Extinction Nileodon.png Nileodon or File:Mod Fixed Extinction Theo Tyrannus.png Theo Tyrannus .
While Dragon's turning radius isn't the worst, it still can be exploited. Use a 
Managarmr, stand on a high ground while Dragon is chasing and jump behind it when it's close. When Dragon will try to turn on the wall, you can deal damage to it, using ice breath, remember the Dragon itself can't be frozen.
E-dragon, can be taken care of by shooting it from safe distance, as every other creature, and won't use its fireball attack when player is far enough.
Weaponry
A high quality Armor to survive Dragon's attacks is a must have, primitive 
Flak Armor is enough to survive at least one fireball attack.
If you plan to take out this creature with firearms, bring your best 
Assault Rifle, 
Pump-Action Shotgun or 
Tek Rifle.
Dangers
Fire breath, fireballs and generally high damage output can leave most creatures highly damaged.
Weakness
E-Dragon's health scales really poorly, even worse than a Rex, which, on higher levels, can defeat this creature nearly singlehandedly.
