Riot Armor is one of the armor sets in ARK: Survival Evolved. It is unlocked at Level 98, with each piece costing 40 Engram Points for a total of 200 Engram Points for the full set.
Riot Armor provides high physical protection and decent cold protection, though it does make the user more susceptible to heat. It also reduces the amount of 
Torpor the wearer receives from instant torpor-increasing sources such as the 
Pachy, the 
Thorny Dragon, the 
Slingshot, the 
Boomerang, the 
Wooden Club, and the 
Electric Prod. However, it does not reduce Torpor received from sources like 
Tranq Arrows or the tranquilizing attacks of creatures like 
Pulmonoscorpius.
A full set of Riot Armor provides 575.0 armor, 60.0 cold protection, and -16.8 heat protection. Each piece of Riot Armor has 120 Durability.

Notes
- Riot Armor is the strongest armor set that can be crafted at a
Fabricator.
- The
Riot Shield is not actually a part of the Riot Armor set, but is still useful for a late-game player looking to increase their longevity.
- Due to the fact that Riot Armor makes heat harder to bear, it may not be the best choice for the Dragon Arena or Broodmother Arena.
- Riot Armor is one of two armor sets where every piece costs the same amount of Engram Points to unlock, with the other one being
Cloth Armor.
- Due to its high resource cost, high Engram Point cost, and high Level Requirement to even unlock, many players prefer to use
Flak Armor over Riot Armor in combat scenarios unless they manage to obtain high-quality pieces of Riot Armor from sources like 
Deep Sea Loot Crates.
