Titanus Mek is a new type of Mek added in Fixed Extinction.
Basic info
Behavior
Titanus Mek doesn't spawn naturally and needs to be summoned with File:Mod Fixed Extinction Unassembled Titanus Mek.png Unassembled Titanus Mek . As normal Mek, it doesn't have an AI and doesn't move.
Appearance
Titanus Mek uses Mega Mek's model with a symbol on its back, constructed using Tek Jump Pad and a Tek Sword pointing upwards. It wields two swords, one bigger, which uses Aberrant Sword Skin and a smaller one using File:Mod Fixed Extinction Santiago's Lost Sword Skin.png Santiago's Lost Sword Skin .
Color Scheme and Regions
The Titanus Mek's range of its natural color scheme is unknown at this time, however its color regions are available. For demonstration, the regions below are colored red over an albino Titanus Mek.
This information can be used to alter the Titanus Mek's regions by entering cheat SetTargetDinoColor <ColorRegion> <ColorID>
in the cheat console. For instance, cheat SetTargetDinoColor 1 6
would color the Titanus Mek's "" magenta.

Spacebar - Mek jumps.
Titanus Mek doesn't need any food or fuel to operate.
Combat
General
Titanus Mek needs to be piloted to pose a threat, making its actions unpredictable.
This Mek is much more combat-oriented than other Titanus Meks. It's hard to escape while not using a flyer or a fast mount like a Managarmr.
Strategy
If fight is unavoidable, Titanus can be fought head-on with late game creatures, that are short enough to dodge its Astrodelphis homing bullets. File:Mod Fixed Extinction Nileodon.png Nileodon is highly advised for this encounter due to its tanky nature.
Weaponry
In case something went wrong, you should have a Tek Chestpiece and Tek Leggings to escape.
Dangers
Titanus Mek is quite durable, is powerful in melee combat and its Astrodelphis bullets have homing. Avoid clashing with a pilot of this Mek at all costs.
Weakness
Titanus Mek has poor turning radius and can go into falling animation when running on steep terrain. You can use that to trick the pilot and gain priceless seconds to escape.
Taming
Titanus Mek can be tamed by using the File:Mod Fixed Extinction Unassembled Titanus Mek.png Unassembled Titanus Mek . It always spawns at level 1.
Utility
Roles
- Titan Fighter: Unassembled Titanus Mek's description says its purpose is to fight the Ice Titan. It's immunity to freezing certainly points to that, however its Astrodelphis bullet attack deals so much damage it's worth to bring this Mek for any Titan fight even as a support.
- Transport: Titanus Mek is has good weight and speed comparable with Shredder Mek. This can be used to carry resources or OSD loot to the base.
Spotlight
Notes/Trivia
- Wild Mek's levels can go only to Health, Stamina, Weight, Melee Damage or Movement Speed.
