Impregnation is unique to 2 creatures, the  Reaper and  Rhyniognatha.

Rhyniognatha

To tame a  Rhyniognatha your tame must first be impregnated by one. To do so you must first get a  Rhyniognatha Pheromone from a male  Rhyniognatha.You must then feed it to a tamed dinosaur of your own. Lure a female  Rhyniognatha to the creature that has ingested the  Rhyniognatha Pheromone. The female  Rhyniognatha will then impregnate your creature. Just a note: The tame will be killed once the  Rhyniognatha forcefully comes out of your tame.
