The Dinosaur Gateway is designed to house the Dinosaur Gate. Together, they provide protection against the outside world and keep dinosaurs contained inside of an area.
Construction
A Dinosaur Gateway can be placed directly on the ground, without the need of first placing a Fence/Standard foundation. While it does not snap-fit to foundations or pre-existing walls, it will snap to fence foundations.
A Gate can be placed in the hole and locked to provide a way to restrict access to the area while still allowing you and your dinosaurs a way through.
When placing a Dinosaur Gateway, the direction you face is the opposite direction it will open once a gate is placed inside, meaning that this structure should be placed from the outside of a wall. Note that when using a Fence Foundation to snap the Dinosaur Gateway to a structure, the Fence Foundation determines what direction the gateway faces. The gateway will open out to the left direction of whoever placed the foundation.
