The Blood Extraction Syringe is one of the Tools in ARK: Survival Evolved. It is unlocked at Level 6 for 6 Engram Points.

The Blood Extraction Syringe is used to extract  Blood Packs from both the user and any unconscious/offline survivors. When used, 25  Health will be lost, and a Blood Pack will be added to the survivor's inventory. While the Blood Extraction Syringe is a great tool for gathering Blood Packs for either easy healing items or for taming  Bloodstalkers, the Health loss is capable of killing the survivor if their current health is 25 or less upon use.

Notes

• The Blood Extraction Syringe has a cooldown of 5 seconds between uses.
• If a Blood Extraction Syringe is used to kill another survivor, their Tribe Log will not list any cause of death.
• The Blood Extraction Syringe cannot be used while mounted.
• The Blood Extraction Syringe cannot be placed on the hotbar.
