The Blood Extraction Syringe is a tool in ARK: Survival Evolved.

The Blood Extraction Syringe can be used in any Survivor's inventory (both their own and that of other unconscious/offline players). When used, 25  Health will be lost, and a  Blood Pack will be added to the Survivor's inventory. The Health loss is capable of killing the Survivor if their current Health is 25 or less upon use. The Blood Extraction Syringe has a cooldown of 5 seconds between uses.

Engram

To learn the Engram, you have to achieve level 5 and have learned the prerequisite  Waterskin Engram. It costs 6 Engram Points to learn.

Notes

• If used to kill another Survivor, their Tribe Log will not list any cause of death.
• Cannot be used while mounted.
• Cannot be placed on the Hotbar.
