Astrum is the currency for use in the NPC shop in The Caverns of Happiness in the mod Ebenus Astrum. They are dropped by dead Monolophosaur, found on Battle Island or purchased my the male character NPC.

The Astrum can be used to purchase items and resources from NPC vendors in the The Caverns of Happiness Found in the Redwoods area to the NorthWest of the map.

For some reason the spawned Astrum can not be used in the NPC shop, however the EA Specimen Implants can be spawned and converted to Astrums which will work.
