The Night Vision Goggles are a head slot armor item in ARK: Survival Evolved. They are unlocked at Level 86 for 100 Engram Points.

The Night Vision Goggles allow the user to see clearly at night or in dark places. This makes them ideal for launching stealthy nighttime raids on enemy bases, allowing the user to get the drop on their foes. However, Night Vision Goggles provide no protection when worn, making them not the best choice for sustained combat.

The Night Vision Goggles provide 0 armor, 15 cold protection, and -5 heat protection. They have 45 Durability.

Notes

• It is not advised to wear Night Vision Goggles during the day as the display is almost totally whited out.
• The Night Vision Goggles' durability slowly decreases when equipped, much like a  Scuba Tank, at a rate of roughly one point per minute. They can be repaired in a fabricator using  Absorbent Substrate and  AnglerGel. Broken Night Vision Goggles can be fully repaired with 15 Gel and 8 Substrate.
