Sea Scale Gloves are a Hands-slot armor piece from the File:Mod ARK The Sunken World Sea Scale Armor.png Sea Scale Armor  tier in  ARK: The Sunken World. It is the first armor tier from the mod, and is equivalent to  Hide Armor.

Aside from providing some protection to  damage and both hot and cold temperatures, Sea Scale Gloves (as well as every other piece of the File:Mod ARK The Sunken World Sea Scale Armor.png Sea Scale Armor  set) provide a 10% boost to the wearer's  swimming speed. When a player is wearing a full set of File:Mod ARK The Sunken World Sea Scale Armor.png Sea Scale Armor , they gain the ability to regain  Stamina while not moving, even underwater.

Dyes/ Coloring

Like most items, Sea Scale Gloves can be dyed different colors. One  Dye is consumed anytime the player changes the color of a region.
Region 1 - Padding.
Region 5 - Fin membranes.
Region 6 - Main color.
Remember that dyed items require repair for continued use; newly crafted items come without any color.
