The Sauropod Vertebra can be found in a dead 
Amargasaurus, 
Brontosaurus, 
Diplodocus or 
Titanosaur by looking in the sauropod's inventory before harvesting it for 
Meat and 
Hide or in a bag left on the ground if harvested before accessing the inventory or when eaten by other predators.
Usage
Currently, its only purpose is as a requirement to access the Boss Arenas.
