The Giganotosaurus Heart can be found on a dead  Giganotosaurus or dead  Carcharodontosaurus by looking in its inventory before harvesting it for meat and hide or in a bag left on the ground if harvested before accessing the inventory or when eaten by other predators.

Usage

The Giganotosaurus Heart is used as tribute to summon the Beta and Alpha  Dragon, as well as the  Alpha King Titan.
