The Alpha Carnotaurus Arm can be found on a dead  Alpha Carno by looking in its inventory before harvesting it for meat and hide or in a bag left on the ground if harvested before accessing the inventory or when eaten by other predators.

Usage

One Alpha Carnotaurus Arm is a requirement to access the Tek Cave on Beta and Alpha difficulties.

In  ARK: Survival Evolved, it can also be used to start a Mastercraft or an Ascendant Rift with a  Rift Generator.
