Use this ticket to move your Survivor and any implants, blueprints, and premium items in your inventory to a different server. Subject to transfer rules and limitations, see game forums for more information.
The Server Transfer Ticket is an item in ARK: Survival Evolved Mobile.
Overview
The Server Transfer Ticket can be used to transfer a survivor and their 
Creature Implants, 
Blueprints, and any purchased items to a different server. Survivors cannot transfer to a server of a different difficulty, can only transfer from official server to official server or unofficial server to unofficial server, and cannot transfer to a server of a different Game Mode.
The Server Transfer Ticket can be obtained through purchase from the In-Game Store for 65 × 
Ancient Amber.

- Support For official servers has ceased, so using the single player transfer ticket would likely be more optimal in the scenario of an official server
