The Aquatic R&D Center is a region in the Genesis: Part 2 DLC.

Overview

It's a single room perched along the cliffs of the inner sea of S.U.M.P.

You can access this room by swimming up across basins located in (44.3/69.0) and (44.3/68.2) at each end of the room.

It's a kind of control room which glass walls allow views on the sea.

It's well enligthened and you can build in it, so that you can settle a very comfortable underwater base.
