Pistol Hat Skins is a Skin item that modifies your Pistol Hat's appearance. While not currently available, this skin may be added in a future update.
The Pistol Helmet can be found in the game files with the description "Puts a pistol on your head!". It's not clear if this item is meant to be added or just a joke or test of a dev.
