Shouldn't this be renamed into Giant Beaver Lodge?

As this construct isn't really a dam at all (which look wider and flatter, and are located in waterways), but rather the "nest" of a beaver (the official name of which is "lodge").

Ah, ok. I didn't realize this actually had a definitive name in the game.

How do we add the spawn command

I don't see an effective way to add the spawn command for this structure
