The Eternal Helmet is not craftable but it can be obtained by killing Mystical Creatures.
"Provides heavy physical protection and reduced physical torpor, but provides almost no protection from the elements." Gives a three times Oxygen, fills hunger, and provides a three times Torpidity buff. Has infinite durability.
