There's definitely some pros and cons between this video and the one we currently have. The main one being, as you said, yours is more modern and displays a radius rather than a single item. I would have liked to see some trees regrowing, rather than just bushes and rocks. You focused on the rocks for a while and yet somehow neglected to mention whether or not it works on metal rocks (I actually don't know if it does myself, you could have taught me something) and the potential applications if it does. I like that the both of you quickly mentioned where to get the 2 rare resources, although you were incorrect about the mushrooms, as they can be found in any crystals rather than just cave crystals (unless this got changed in an updated I missed). I liked that Lyzard's video showed where it was on the engram table, as I often have trouble finding new items in there. Overall, I'd say that your video is better, mainly for being up-to-date and a bit more comprehensive in the item's use.
