Didn't bother to format the page and stuff, but I can confirm that the obelisk to spawn titans are found in caves. The cave entrance for the desert titan is located at 87.2 lat 70.4 lon, and the terminal approximately at 97.1 lat 89.9 lon.
You also need an artifact of chaos, 100 corrupted hearts, 10 sarcosuchus skin and 10 fire talons to summon it.
