Please add white marker for The Center.

I tried but I don't know what I am doing.

You need to make your deep dive at 70.7 x 91.9 to get under the upper part of the seafloor and access the artifact, which is underneath what could appear to be the bottom of the map if you just go to the coordinates at the red marker and dive straight down.
