Top Hat Skin is not craftable in the Smithy, I think it's an item that belong to the new year event. --lowe1608 (talk) 00:07, 01 January 2016 (UTC)

Yeah, you're right about it not being in the smithy. I honestly don't know how to obtain it legitimately, I assume Raptor Claus drops it. I just found it in the files and added it to the entity ID list.
