Frostbite

An effect from the map mod Glacius: As the player stays in a cold/freezing status, he will slowly start to gain a frostbite condition, the exact opposite of the Heatstroke (from Scorched Earth). However, as the condition gets worse, the player UI will be slowly covered by a custom ice overlay. Your character weight, melee damage and movement speed will also decrease accordingly to reflect the effects of the cold.

A player with extreme frostbite
