Unlocks Engrams. Default setting with No INI is engrams require level to unlock and Tek unlocks normal. Requires leveling up to trigger engram unlock. Mind Wipe if already Max level. If you start with the mod you will never have negative engram points.

In Game Settings (Console Commands)

IN GAME SETTINGS VIA CONSOLE COMMANDS (Once set in game mod will ignore INI settings)

As Admin:

cheat ScriptCommand EzForceUnlockTekOnly (Force Unlock Tek but All other engrams by level at the start or after a level and refresh buffs)

cheat ScriptCommand EzForceUnlockAllEngrams (Unlocks all engrams at the start or after a level and refresh buffs)

cheat ScriptCommand EzForceUnlockAllNoTech (Unlocks all engrams except Tek at the start or after a level and refresh buffs)

cheat ScriptCommand EzForceUnlockDefault (Unlocks by Level NO Tech and refresh buffs) Default

INI is only needed if you want to change default setting. Using in game command settings recommended
