Actually, some can still kind of be used. You can add -vday to your game.ini to get the Valentine's day stuff, and you can download this mod to add Raptor Claus to your game. Other than that, I think you'll just have to settle for spawning in the skins.

You only activate the vday multipliers, not the other stuff like Box o' Chocolates. --Flachdachs (talk) 20:31, 26 August 2017 (UTC)
