Descripción

Esta región tiene el aspecto de una zona de Aberration (motivo por el cual también se la conoce como "La zanja de Aberration"), aunque se encuentra en las profundidades de Valguero. Al llegar aquí, el jugador sufrirá los efectos de la radiación. Se recomienda encarecidamente que uses un traje aislante y que uses criaturas domesticadas que sean inmunes a la radiación para evitar sus efectos negativos. En esta zona, hay una gran superficie que no está bajo los efectos de la radiación; sin embargo, las zonas afectadas son lo suficientemente comunes como para que tu travesía sea accidentada si no te proteges adecuadamente. Las criaturas escasean en esta zona, aunque podrás encontrar algunas repartidas por toda su extensión. Al recorrer esta tierra, te encontrarás con estructuras extrañas con apariencia Tek.

To enter you will have to go down to The Emerald Forest first. The entrances to the underground are difficult to find however the best entrance to use would be located at 38, 57 (in The Emerald Forest) where you can fit all but the largest tames underground.

Estrategia

It is advised to take powerful mounts, that are immune to radiation (e.g. Karkinos) and be in full radiation suit, do not use light from lightpets (e.g. Bulbdog) because of Seeker's buff, and prepare to fight with some aggressive creatures.

Notas

• There seems to be a bug on console where only spawns from the emerald forest exist in the unknown, and the region name is still the emerald forest.
• Originally Rock Drake were included in the initial release as a modded map, but were scrapped when it became part of DLC. Mod makers of the map has a patch that reintroduces it, however.
