Creates a section divider in an infobox

Usage

{{Infobox section|title|test-value}}

• title is the text to be shown in the section.
• If test-value is given, the section will only show if this value is not empty.

Example

{{Infobox section|Crafting|{{{ingredient1|}}}}}

Will create a crafting section heading, but only if the ingredient1 parameter is given and not empty.
