The Megalodon Tooth can be found on a dead  Megalodon (in a stack of 4) by looking in its inventory before harvesting it for meat. The Megalodon Tooth is also dropped by  Liopleurodon.

Usage

Currently, its only purpose is as a requirement to access the Boss Arenas.
