The Cruise Missile is a Weapon introduced in Genesis: Part 1 and also available on Genesis: Part 2.

Overview

The Cruise Missile is a one time use weapon that can be launched and guided to a target. After firing, the missile must be activated again, after which it will continue to fly in the direction it is facing until it hits something.

Notes

  • Shooting the missile over the sky limit will kill the player, the player will also respawn exactly where they died and will have the missile's overlay.

306.41 Cruise Missile is added to the game.
306.67 Cruise missile now has a 2.55s arming period ("Arming Duration") before it can do it's nuke explosion. If Cruise missile is destroyed or detonated before then, it now does a harmless explosion.
309.4 Fixed an exploit with cruise missiles that allowed them to bypass turrets.
310.27 Fixed an exploit with meshing and the Cruise Missile.
310.41 Fixed a bug with Cruise Missiles which caused them to detonate on the player firing.
312.57 Cruise Missiles will now be targeted by turrets that are set to Survivor Only.
