None of the pages and users on this wiki, nor any of the wiki.gg support channels, are game support channels. To receive help with the game, contact the game's developers instead.

• For any issues with the tech behind interactive maps, please send me an email. This includes errors preventing: edits being saved, maps being displayed.
• If you're facing issues with your wiki account, technical difficulties (e.g. errors stopping you from using the wiki), harassment (edit wars due to conflicting views are usually not harassment), then submit a support ticket.
• For help with user rights on the ARK Wiki specifically, contact Genie451 first as he is the primary rights manager on this wiki as appointed by game developers.
• For article breakage or skin issues, leave a message at the administrators' noticeboard.
• For any missing information in articles, you're free to add the information yourself if you possess any through the "Edit" button at the top of the page, near the search bar. You will need a wiki.gg account (create one here) first to submit any edits.
