The Mutated Survivor Skin is a Skin in the Genesis: Part 2 DLC. It is obtained by defeating the Rockwell Prime on Alpha difficulty.

If applied to the chest armor, this costume completely overrides the overall appearance of the survivor to resemble a Corrupted Survivor.

Notes

• The  Inflatable Rex Costume Skin,  Turkey Costume Skin,  Skeleton Costume Skin,  Strawman Costume Skin, and  Dinopithecus Costume Skin are the only other skins that fully reskin a survivor.
•  Swords cannot be equipped with this costume.
• You can not equip it when it is acquired with cheats.
