The Summon Savage Acro, also referred to as the Savage Acro Summoner, is a consumable item in ARK Additions that is used to summon the 
Savage Acrocanthosaurus 
boss. You will be asked to confirm your action before the item is used, and there's no turning back.
Once consumed, the Savage Acrocanthosaurus will be summoned a short distance ahead of you using the same visual effects and on-screen announcements as summoning one of the Extinction titans, and you would be recommended to only consume the item in a sufficiently open space (the manticore arena on Scorched Earth, or any of the titan arenas on Extinction are purpose built boss arenas - so they make as good of a location as any).
You have 60 minutes to defeat the boss before it despawns. This is considered an alpha-difficulty boss, and is comparable to the King Titan specifically.
