Entrances to The Spine are located along the southern edges of The Crystalline Swamps, close to the lake. If the atmosphere darkens dramatically and purple colors the walls then you're probably heading in the right direction.  Seekers,  Aberrant Carnotauruses, and other denizens of The Element Region populate the area along the border. Don't forget your  Hazmat Suits!
