Los caramelos de San Valentín para dinosaurios (Valentines Dino Candy en la versión original del juego) es uno de los objetos disponibles en ARK: Survival Evolved

Descripción

Estos objetos solo están disponibles durante el evento Valentine's Day 4. Valentines Dino Candy are a Event Item with the Valentine's day 4 event and can be used to give a tamed dinosaur a random coloring. To do this you need to put this in your tame and force feed. When done they will obtain a random color pattern.

Like with all event Dino Candies like Festive Dino Candy, it will give your tame a unique look. It has a temporary color change with a count down of 20 hours. It gives you the exact color of each 5 regions it will dye.

You can still paint over the candy's effect with the Spray Painter or the Paint Brush by using Paint. So if you like some colors more than others, than you could paint over the unliked colors to make your personalized Dino.

Once the candy effect expires, or if the dino was cryofrozen by Cryopod and released, the dino reverts back to its original color. Offsprings from eggs and gestation will not inherit any color region affected by the candy effect.

Cómo conseguirlos

Actualmente solo pueden conseguirse estos caramelos pescando para encontrar Celacantos especiales con un corazón sobre su cabeza, y también pueden soltarlos los Oviraptores con orejas de conejo.

Errores

• Se incluyó un error en la versión 292.100 por el que los caramelos aparecían de color gris y no ponía en ninguna parte el color que tenía. Sin embargo, los dinosaurios sí que se coloreaban al consumirlos.
• There is a bug where, once used, if the creature is put into a Cryopod and released when in the Broodmother arena the dino will be untextured.

Notas / Información adicional

• Like other event items, Valentines Dino Candy does not persist after the event ends, and is removed from the game for the interval time.
